⭐️ The Key Account Management Team at Alan ⭐️
Our Account Management team’s purpose is to make our key accounts stay and grow with Alan. We created the team in 2020 and we are now 15.
We are looking for 1 amazing profile to help us take care of our growing pipe, especially with our biggest clients.
Being a Key Account Manager at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate experts, with different backgrounds.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
⭐️ Your mission ⭐️
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagships companies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and display a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow our clients to achieve their goals through Alan
- Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them
- Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins
- Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews
- Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing customers
- Be in charge of cross-selling/upselling our portfolio to answer customer needs and pain points
- Renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability
- Participate in the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of our customers when discussing with Product teams

✨ If you recognise yourself in the below criteria, then you must be a great fit! ✨
- You have at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role including frequent interactions with C-Levels
- You are fluent both in French and English
- You are experienced in dealing with companies of more than 300 employees
- You have the tact and empathy that make great negotiators
- You are an expert in positive lobbying with key stakeholders and create long-term relationship based on trust and transparency
- You are analytical and love to solve problems in order to delight our members
- You have great active listening skills ans are a master in the art of crafting the right follow-up message
- You have a growth mindset: you are able to adapt to new trends and to develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market
It is nice to have a previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits (but definitely not a must-have !)
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-D
level range.
