Two Six Technologies is looking for an Intelligence Community and Secure Platforms Lead. You will coordinate the overall business performance of the IC customer portfolio; with particular and initial focus on positioning and deploying Trusted Electronics and Effects solutions and develop and execute a multi-year portfolio growth strategy aligned to Two Six's strategic priorities.
As the Intelligence Community and Secure Platforms Lead you will be accountable for achieving portfolio bookings, revenue, pipeline, and customer growth objectives. You will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives (SAEs), establish growth strategy across the portfolio, and ensure disciplined execution of the Two Six Growth operating model.
You will balance strategic leadership with operational execution by forming disciplined business operations rhythms and processes, coaching account teams, engaging executive customer leadership, shaping high-value opportunities, and aligning resources across Growth, Capability Units, Engineering, Product, Capture, and Program Delivery.
The Intelligence Community and Secure Platforms Lead is responsible for building a predictable growth engine while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer success.
This is a hybrid position working from our headquarters offices in Arlington or Herndon, VA and traveling as needed.

What you will need:
- 12+ years of Defense, Intelligence, or Government growth leadership.
- Proven success leading high-performing sales or growth organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve bookings and revenue growth across complex portfolios.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships at the executive level.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR, DFARS, OTA, SBIR, etc.).
- Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret or higher; TS/SCI preferred).
- Experience leading large, matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic captures exceeding $25M.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of AI, Cyber, Information Operations, Mission Software, Autonomous Systems, or related national security technologies.
