HVAC Service Technician - Simpson Salute - New Philadelphia, OH
Pay: $25–$30 per hour with incentive and performance-based bonuses.

General Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems.
- Perform annual maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests.
- Deliver superior customer service experience.
- Work efficiently and safely while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Adapt to changing work schedules and assignments based on company needs.
- Travel to job locations, lifting up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service technician experience.
- EPA Universal certification.
- NH Gas Fitters Licenses.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Multitasking capability.
- Deep knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Customer service excellence.
- Clean driving record required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
