What You'll Be Doing
- Leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Installing furnaces, air conditioners, air handlers, and thermostats
- Replacing old systems and completing retrofit installations
- Ensuring equipment is installed properly, safely, and up to code
- Testing and commissioning systems before leaving the job
- Training and mentoring installation helpers
- Maintaining clean, professional jobsites
- Delivering a great experience for homeowners
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience as a Lead Installer
- Strong knowledge of furnaces, AC systems, air handlers, and thermostats
- Ability to work independently and lead a crew
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bonus Points If You Have
- EPA Universal Certification
- Heat pump experience
- Duct modification experience
- ServiceTitan experience
- Experience training apprentices and junior installers
