**About the Role**
As a **GTM Recruiter**, you’ll partner directly with the founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering, product, and operations teams.
**What You'll Do**
* Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close
* Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
* Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
* Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer
* Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
* Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
* Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
**What We're Looking For**
* 5–6+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
* Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
* Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
* Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
* Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
* Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
