Job description: **THE ROLE** The foundational growth hire at Moritz. You'll work directly with both founders to expand our GTM, and this role will be a hybrid of BDR work (a must) and AE/full-cycle selling. You source pipeline, run deals, and own the number. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** * Outbound prospecting and pipeline generation is a core, non-negotiable part of this role * Be part of full-cycle deals: discovery, demos, negotiation, close * Shape positioning, messaging, and the GTM playbook alongside the founders * Own and report on pipeline, conversion, and expansion metrics **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** Junior talent, max 5 years of work experience, with one of these backgrounds: * Proven track record selling to in-house legal teams * Experience as BDR or AE at a high-growth startup in an adjacent space (e.g. Vanta) * Exceptional young GTM talent from good schools * Young BigLaw associates wanting to move into a commercial role * Ready to work 5 days a week in office
