⭐️ Your mission

We are seeking a forward-thinking, experienced finance professional to take on the challenge of automating and optimizing Alan's finance processes. As a key member of the Finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our path to profitability and our ambition to become a listed company. You will be responsible for producing and communicating financial data to various stakeholders, including the board, team, tax administrations, regulator (ACPR), business partners, clients, prospects, and external communications.

⭐️ What you will do ⭐️

Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements and automations to enhance accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Assist with finance run activities to maintain efficient operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to offer financial insights on projects and support the implementation of streamlined and automated financial processes. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align financial processes with company objectives and drive effective decision-making.

Budgeting and Data Reliability: Actively engage in the budgeting process and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data provided to the business. Play a key role in financial planning and analysis, creating comprehensive models and dashboards to monitor performance and drive the company's activity.

Strategic Project Contribution: Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects such as M&A, fundraising, and budget planning.

⭐️ Qualifications ⭐️

Programming: Good knowledge in Python, JS, and/or SQL. Ability to extend an existing codebase (not to write from scratch) and write SQL queries.

Financial process and accounting: Basic knowledge in French accounting and daily financial processes.

English: Fluent in spoken and written English, as it is the primary language of communication within the company.

French: Proficient in French, given the regulatory requirements and interactions with French-speaking counterparts.
