Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant provides dedicated, remote support to a portfolio of multiple Directors, enabling them to operate effectively across priorities, schedules, and time zones. The role requires strong executive partnership, proactive coordination, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing demands independently. Responsibilities include complex calendar and international travel management, meeting coordination, preparation of documents and presentations, correspondence, expenses, timesheets, and follow-through on key actions. The Executive Assistant also supports team projects, employee engagement initiatives, and studio-wide activities, while maintaining effective relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and partner agencies. The ideal candidate is highly organised, discreet, digitally confident, and able to deliver a seamless and professional support experience in a fully remote working environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Executive & Stakeholder Support: Provide remote executive support to multiple Directors, acting as a trusted first point of contact and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and partner agencies.
  • Calendar, Travel & Meeting Management: Manage complex calendars, domestic and international travel, and virtual/in-person meetings across time zones, including agendas, briefing materials, presentations, logistics, and action tracking.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Manage executive correspondence, timesheets, purchase orders, expense claims, documents, and other operational requirements with accuracy and discretion.
  • Team & Project Coordination: Support team projects, employee engagement initiatives, and studio-wide events; collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure continuity of support, share updates, and manage ad-hoc priorities assigned by Directors.

What You'll Need:

  • Executive Support & Professional Experience: Proven experience supporting senior leaders as an Executive Assistant in a professional, agency, or creative environment, demonstrating attention to detail, problem-solving, professionalism, diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Communication & Digital Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong digital proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and the ability to contribute to team discussions, prepare accurate meeting minutes, and track actions to completion.
  • Organisation & Prioritisation: Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, coordinate complex travel arrangements, manage multiple calendars, and work across international time zones.
  • Independence & Adaptability: Ability to work remotely and independently, take ownership of deliverables, anticipate requirements, and execute tasks accurately with minimal direction, demonstrating resilience, patience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week.

We build brands. We build futures. Landor, a WPP company, is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all applicants without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics, committed to a culture of respect where everyone belongs and can progress in their careers.
