  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, investors, customers, and other external stakeholders

  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and logistical needs, proactively resolving issues and protecting time for focused work

  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and materials so the CEO is informed and prepared

  • Track action items and commitments, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-through

  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the CEO

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations

  • Handle sensitive information and communications with discretion and sound judgment

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting a CEO or other C-level executive in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage shifting priorities

  • Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize requests based on the CEO’s goals and company needs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating on behalf of senior leaders

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and care when handling confidential information

  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion

  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems independently

  • Ability to work in person five days a week at our Los Angeles office, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend support
