Job description

Job Title: Customer Success Manager II
Saskatoon, SK (office-first) or Remote, North America (US and Canada)

Business owners buy software to grow, not to learn another tool. You make sure they get real value from Vendasta, and stay.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Support.

  • Own a large book of accounts, and how well they stay and grow.
  • Onboard and train new accounts, one to one and in groups.
  • Check account health weekly and act on risks before renewal.
  • Handle escalations for at-risk accounts through to a fix.
  • Spot where more of the platform would help a customer.
  • Build playbooks and automations that let you serve many accounts well.
  • Use AI to summarize calls, draft updates and plan your week.
  • Bring customer feedback to Product and Marketing.

What You’ll Bring

  • Two or more years in a customer-facing role, ideally Customer Success in SaaS.
  • A degree in Business, Communications or a related field is an asset.
  • Clear, confident communication with customers every day.
  • Experience running onboarding, account reviews and escalations.
  • A process you started yourself that made customers happier or work faster.
  • You stay organized across many accounts at once.
  • You already use AI daily to draft, summarize or plan.

Nice to have: experience with a CRM or customer success platform.

Why Vendasta

Our purpose is simple: make technology easy, accessible and affordable. We’re building the AI workforce for business owners, so the people who run local businesses can spend less time on busywork and more time on their customers. Everything we do starts with those customers. If it doesn’t help a business owner win, we don’t build it.

How We Work
We own it (Drive), we’re candid (Respect), we keep learning (Agility) and we start with the customer (Innovation). We work hard, celebrate each other’s wins, and keep it fun. It’s part of why we were named one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for 2025.

And the coolest part?
We don’t just talk about AI. We build it. Whatever your role, we’ll train you to use it like a power user, with tools most companies are still reading about. Add coaching, mentorship, hands-on workshops and courses that move your career forward, and you’ll grow faster here than anywhere else. Plus, you’ll get health and wellness benefits, flex days and paid volunteer time, because doing your best work means having time for what matters outside it.
