What You'll Do
Analyze disputes and chargeback flows to decide the right action
Investigate cases end-to-end (transaction timeline, evidence, money flow, root cause)
Build and review representment/defense cases — clear, well-documented, win-oriented
Dig into data to find patterns, fraud signals, and process gaps worth fixing
Use (and help improve) our AI/automation tooling to handle disputes faster and smarter
Partner with teams across CloudWalk (Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, Engineering)
What we need from you
Comfortable using LLMs/AI tools in your daily work — and curious about agent frameworks (LangChain, Mastra, etc.)
Some coding/scripting comfort (reading code, SQL, light automation) — you don’t need to be an engineer
Strong analytical thinking and curiosity (“why did this happen?” is your default mode)
Problem-solver mindset + strong desire to learn (new stuff daily)
Attention to detail + ability to prioritize a busy queue
Great writing for case summaries, dispute defenses, and Slack updates
Clear communication in threads/huddles/DMs
Ownership mindset — you spot what’s broken, propose better ways of doing things, and drive decisions, not just execute them.
