About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to support and drive end- to-end sales and operational processes across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, quoting, order processing, order booking,sales reporting, pipeline management, and cross-functional operational coordination.

This role will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Field Operations, Finance, andLeadership teams to ensure smooth execution from opportunity creation through deployment, invoicing, and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales operations processes including opportunity management, quoting, order processing, order booking, renewals, and contract administration.
  • Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle by ensuring opportunities, quotes, and orders are accurately managed within Salesforce.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across Salesforce opportunities, accounts, quotes, contracts, bookings, and customer records.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze sales pipeline performance, bookings, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and business trends.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ARR, ACV, TCV, bookings, renewals, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Coordinate with Field Operations teams to track installation schedules, deployment readiness, device availability, and implementation progress.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to monitor customer onboarding, deployments, implementation milestones, and operational readiness.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to manage trial requests, trial tracking, trial conversions, commercial approvals, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounts teams to resolve invoicing, billing, purchase order, payment, and credit-related issues.
  • Ensure alignment between customer contracts, deployments, installations, bookings, invoices, and Salesforce records.
  • Drive timely resolution of operational issues by coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, Field Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop business reports, operational reviews, and executive presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including Opportunities, Accounts, Quotes, Forecasting, Reports, Dashboards, and Pipeline Management.
  • Deep understanding of sales lifecycle management, quoting, order processing, order booking, renewals, invoicing, and customer onboarding processes.
  • Thorough understanding of ARR, ACV, TCV, bookings, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Field Operations, and Finance teams to drive operational execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
