What is this opportunity?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Bookkeeper to play a critical role in our financial operations across our entities in Israel and the US. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-growing company, where you will handle Accounts Payables, bank reconciliations, travel reimbursements and GL activities.

How will you contribute?  

• Manage the complete AP cycle, including setting up new vendors, processing invoices, and executing payments. You will communicate directly with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Travel reports- ensure accurate categorization and GL coding of all travel-related expenses to maintain budget compliance.

• Serve as a pivotal figure in the monthly closing process by ensuring all expenses are accurately accrued or billed. Manage prepaid expenses and perform bank and credit card reconciliations. 
• Compile and submit monthly reports to authorities including 102, VAT.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper in global companies - mandatory. 
• Certified Bookkeeper (minimum level 2) - mandatory.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken - mandatory
• Experience with at least one of the following ERP systems: Priority, NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• DOKKA and Mesh experience - an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal capabilities, and teamwork.
• Well-organized with high attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with implementing accounting tools - an advantage
