About the role:

The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Neurophysiologist to join our team in Prescot. This is a full-time position starting on 3rd September 2024, with a competitive hourly rate of £28 - £35. The role is initially for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will conduct neurophysiological tests and assessments. You will interpret test results and provide detailed reports. You will collaborate with medical professionals to develop patient care plans. You will ensure all procedures comply with health and safety regulations. You will maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential:
    • Clinical EEG or EMG or NCS experience.
    • Relevant Clinical Physiology qualification.
    • Experience working within a clinical setting, preferably at Band 6/7.
  • Desirable:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
