Responsibilities:
Process daily payment transactions (funds in/out), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across both fiat and crypto channels.
Coordinate with AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting, and Sales teams on all payments and back-office–related matters.
Communicate with the Company’s payment providers, banks, and crypto service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth transaction flows.
Monitor international payments, blockchain confirmations, and transaction statuses, ensuring all processes align with internal policies.
Identify and escalate potential signs of financial crime, suspicious activity, money laundering, and high-risk transactions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment and crypto operations procedures and take on additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Requirements:
Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus.
Business level proficiency in English (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
Experience in payment department (at least 1 year).
Experience in cryptocurrency sector would be considered a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work a flexible shift schedule.
Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
