Responsibilities:
Review and verify client identification documents in line with KYC and AML regulations.
Ensure all required forms are completed correctly and that client information is accurate and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient account activation.
Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and escalate any risks or inconsistencies found in client documentation.
Assist clients in completing onboarding requirements, providing guidance and support where needed.
Accurately input and update client information in the CRM and other internal systems.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Generate regular reports on onboarding progress, client issues, and compliance concerns for management review.
Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of client communications and onboarding activities, ensuring readiness for audits or regulatory reviews.
Requirements:
Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus
English language - B2+
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work a flexible shift schedule (sometimes including nights and weekends, night and weekend shifts are remote)
Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
