Key Responsibilities 

Learning & Development 

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of onboarding, product, process, sales-skills, and refresher programs. 
  • Build role-based learning experiences for Sellers, SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Engineers, Support teams, and managers. 
  • Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create practical, relevant, and engaging learning. 
  • Facilitate virtual and instructor-led sessions and support learner engagement through scenarios, practice activities, knowledge checks, and reinforcement. 
  • Coordinate training calendars, communications, attendance, completion, certification, and follow-up activities. 

 

Content Creation & Instructional Design 

  • Create and maintain e-learning modules, presentations, playbooks, job aids, facilitator guides, learner guides, quizzes, certifications, video scripts, and product walkthroughs. 
  • Translate technical, product, and process information into clear, learner-friendly content tailored to different roles and regions. 
  • Develop customer-focused scenarios, use cases, sales stories, and practice activities that connect product capabilities to customer pain points and business outcomes. 
  • Review and refresh existing materials to maintain accuracy, consistency, usability, and brand alignment. 
  • Publish and maintain content within Seismic, learning platforms, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other enablement repositories. 

 

Sales & Product Readiness 

  • Support new product launches, feature releases, regional rollouts, and ongoing product refreshers. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to gather approved messaging, use cases, demonstrations, competitive context, and learning requirements. 
  • Help customer-facing teams understand product value, customer outcomes, buying triggers, key differentiators, and relevant workflows. 
  • Support adoption of sales tools, processes, methodologies, and CRM hygiene expectations. 

 

Program Management & Measurement 

  • Manage assigned enablement projects, timelines, dependencies, reviews, and stakeholder communications. 
  • Track participation, completion, assessment results, learner feedback, and content adoption. 
  • Support measurement of learner reaction, knowledge gained, application on the job, and business impact. 
  • Identify gaps and recommend content updates, reinforcement, coaching, or additional learning interventions. 

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Conduct structured intake discussions with stakeholders and subject matter experts. 
  • Coordinate content reviews, approvals, pilot sessions, and launch communications. 
  • Build productive relationships across global and regional teams while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. 

 
Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Content Development, or a related role. 
  • Demonstrated experience creating professional training materials, presentations, job aids, or digital learning content. 
  • Strong written communication, editing, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills. 
  • Ability to simplify complex product, technical, or process information for varied audiences. 
  • Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholders.
