Talent Rewire is a network of employers and workforce providers who are creating lasting change for front line and low-income employees by demonstrating the business value of rewiring talent practices and policies to meet changing demographics and improve recruitment, retention and advancement outcomes for underemployed populations. The cornerstone of Talent Rewire is our Innovation Lab program which offers pioneering employers an opportunity to test opportunity employment innovations while being provided access to consulting support, peer-to-peer cohort learning, and a communications platform to share best practices with other employers.
