Job description

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions (BTCS) is seeking a customer-focused, technically capable professional to join our Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience in the institutional brokerage ecosystem who understands Indian financial markets, trading workflows, and the technology that supports them.

As a Customer Success Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic technical partner to clients using Broadridge trading platforms. You will help clients onboard successfully, adopt and optimise platform capabilities, overcome technical challenges, and realise sustained business value from their Broadridge solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary technical advisor.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business objectives, operating model, trading workflows, and technical environment.
  • Drive adoption, optimisation, and value realisation across Broadridge solutions, identifying opportunities for broader usage and growth.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute account success plans aligned to client priorities.
  • Identify, manage, and help remove technical barriers that may affect adoption, satisfaction, retention, or operational readiness.
  • Advise clients on platform capabilities, integrations, upgrades, solution best practices, and effective usage.
  • Monitor technical account health, proactively identifying risks, trends, service-improvement opportunities, and areas for expansion.
  • Lead regular technical account reviews covering platform performance, current initiatives, roadmap alignment, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Product Delivery, Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure client requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
  • Represent client needs internally by advocating for product enhancements, service improvements, and operational feedback.
  • Support key customer lifecycle events, including onboarding, platform upgrades, change events, expansions, and readiness activities.
  • Deliver training, enablement sessions, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing activities to improve user confidence and adoption.
  • Build knowledge of Broadridge products and international financial-market workflows, including principal and agency trading, equities, derivatives, and FX.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in the institutional brokerage ecosystem, including hands-on support for trading applications.
  • Good understanding of Indian financial markets, including NSE/BSE, the regulatory landscape, exchange trading, and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
  • Understanding of institutional order-management workflows, including order entry, modification, cancellation, and execution.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, Order Management Systems (OMS), and/or Execution Management Systems (EMS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive trading environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with a stockbroker, institutional trading desk, trading technology provider, fintech, or capital-markets firm.
  • Exposure to Indian equities and derivatives markets.
  • Familiarity with FIX connectivity and electronic trading workflows.
  • Experience using AI and productivity tools to improve documentation, reporting, analysis, and routine operational tasks.

This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise, client relationship management, and capital-markets knowledge to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes while building deep expertise in Broadridge’s trading and connectivity product suite.

We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work. We believe that associates do their best when they feel safe, understood, and valued, and we work diligently and collaboratively to ensure Broadridge is a company—and ultimately a community—that recognizes and celebrates everyone’s unique perspective.
