This role

The Sr. Manager, Global Promoter Operations is responsible for building and scaling PayJoy's promoter operations across all markets. As newer countries become increasingly promoter driven, this role owns the global promoter model, standardizing tools, processes and KPIs while partnering with local teams to plan and execute initiatives that grow applications and improve conversion. • Add a maximum of 6 key job responsibilities (use bullet points instead of a paragraph)
  • Solidify and standardize global promoter tools (PayJoy Connect, Cyborg and related systems) and processes, ensuring consistent adoption and monitoring in every country.
  • Define, measure and report promoter effectiveness KPIs per market, using data to surface gaps and prioritize initiatives.
  • Strengthen the end to end loop between agencies, internal staffing assignments, PayJoy Connect monitoring, and Cyborg notifications and actions, partnering with cross functional teams.
  • Plan promoter initiatives jointly with country leaders and support local execution to grow applications and improve the conversion funnel.
  • Lead and develop the promoter operations function, aligning global standards with local market needs and coaching teams to deliver results.
  • Own and continuously improve the global promoter operating model, including the new commission based structure, to maximize promoter productivity and efficiency across markets.
  • Requirements
