Social Media Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Shoot high-quality photos and short-form vertical videos for Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar software, including captions, music, transitions, hooks, and branding.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, calls-to-action, ads, emails, and website content that sound natural and encourage action.
- Turn everyday company activities and customer experiences into compelling stories that connect with our audience.
- Create clean, professional graphics for promotions, educational content, before-and-after posts, hiring campaigns, seasonal offers, and other branded content.
- Understand how content should be adapted for different platforms and audiences.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, brand awareness, leads, and customer interaction.
- Stay current with social media trends, content formats, and platform best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the office and leadership teams to develop content that supports company goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience creating social media content for multiple platforms.
- Comfortable taking photos and shooting short-form video.
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar editing/design tools.
- A good eye for clean, professional, engaging visual content.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn everyday moments into interesting content.
- Understanding of social media marketing, target audiences, customer pain points, offers, and lead generation.
- Ability to distinguish between content that generates views and content that generates business.
- Highly organized, creative, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment and collaborating with a team.
- Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
