Job description

At Destinus, precision and efficiency drive everything we do. As a Senior Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our supply chain moving, ensuring every product and component is exactly where it needs to be. From receiving goods and preparing shipments to managing inventory and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, your work will be the foundation of our operational success. You are comfortable working with systems and data, confident using MSD, and able to solve day to day issues on the floor without needing to escalate everything.

If you thrive in fast paced environments, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working with cutting edge logistics systems, this is your opportunity to be a key player in our mission.

At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness. Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.

What You'll Do

  • Keep the Flow Running: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, pick and prepare outgoing shipments, and carry out stock counts, ensuring every item is in its designated location and ready for dispatch. Report equipment or machinery issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Handle Receipt and Identification: Correctly identify materials, parts, and components, checking quantities, part codes, documentation, and condition of incoming materials, and quickly communicate any discrepancies, damaged or incorrect materials, or delivery issues, such as pending tariff payments or missing documentation, to the relevant team or the Purchasing department.
  • Supply Production: Prepare and supply materials and components to Production, ensuring they are available at the right place and the right time.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Record all orders, deliveries, and stock movements in MSD, keeping inventory in and out fully up to date, and support regular cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Solve Ad Hoc Issues: Independently resolve day to day operational and system issues as they arise, without always needing to escalate, and know when an issue does need to be flagged upward.
  • Organize and Tidy the Warehouse: Sort out and register items that currently lack a clear location or status, and help keep the warehouse organized as part of the daily routine.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Engineering to understand material requirements and resolve day to day issues.
  • Prioritize Safety and Efficiency: Implement and uphold workplace health and safety practices, keeping the warehouse organized and compliant.

Requirements

What You'll Need

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, internal logistics, or a similar industrial environment.
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) warehouse modules, and generally comfortable working with computer systems and data entry.
  • Valid forklift certification.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail oriented and methodical approach.
  • Ability to independently identify and resolve day to day operational or data issues.
  • High degree of flexibility, including willingness to adjust working hours and step in during peak periods or urgent situations to keep production running.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with a good level of English to work effectively in an international environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with export or import documentation, customs processes, or handling of regulated or dangerous goods.
  • Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or similar technical environments.

Growth Path

Strong performance in this role can open the door to a Warehouse Coordinator position, taking on broader analytical and coordinating responsibilities.

Who You Are

You are not just a Warehouse Operator, you are the backbone of an efficient supply chain. You take ownership of your work, ensuring that inventory is always accurate and organized. You communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment.

If you are ready to step into a high impact role and be part of a fast growing, innovative company, we would love to hear from you.
