This is your opportunity to join our fast growing team and leave your mark on Constant and the future of Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Manage a high volume of tickets and serve as the primary point of contact for customers concerning abuse reports.

  • Enforce platform policies consistently and document all actions.

  • Monitor and defend IP and network reputation against malicious activity.

  • Process intellectual property (DMCA) and brand protection claims.

  • Analyze threat patterns to identify emerging risks and trends.

  • Collaborate with Network, Security Operations, and Support teams on escalated cases.

  • Develop and refine internal policies and playbooks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in trust & safety, abuse management, or a related customer support role.

  • Shift Timings : 04:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST.

  • Proven experience in cloud computing, hosting, or ISP infrastructure environments.

  • Practical knowledge of internet protocols (IP, DNS, HTTP/S) and common attack vectors.

  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and make evidence-based decisions.

  • Excellent written English skills for clear, professional communication and documentation.
