For more information, please visit [www.Gridware.io](http://www.Gridware.io). **Role Description** In this role, you will lead development of our frontend applications, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver user-friendly, reliable, and impactful products. You’ll help shape our design system and component libraries while also driving best practices that keep our applications consistent and scalable. **Your background might look something like:** * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in product-driven companies * Ability to thrive in a low-structure, high-autonomy environment with competing priorities * Experience building products end-to-end with broad ownership * Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, and GraphQL **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience building or scaling design systems and component libraries * Familiarity with backend development and/or working in hardware/software contexts * Experience building tools or applications that support complex workflows This describes the ideal candidate; many of us have picked up this expertise along the way.
