What You'll Be Doing
As a founding member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to our company's achievements and be instrumental in forming our team culture.
You will:
Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to build and refine our product.
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Research and define product requirements to solve our customers’ needs.
Help set the culture of the company, promoting a collaborative, innovative and fun environment.
Play a crucial role in building great software from the ground up.
You're Probably a Match If You Have
At least 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript.
Experience working with relational databases, such as MySQL or Postgres.
Experience using LLMs and machine learning is preferred.
A passion for going deep into complex problems and and building efficient solutions.
A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
