Hermeus is looking for a Recruiter to support our SG&A and Operations organizations. You'll partner with leaders across finance, people ops, legal, facilities, business development, and operations to find, attract, and hire the people who keep Hermeus running and scaling. The hires you make will directly shape how we build, operate, and grow as a company.
Responsibilities:
Lead kickoff meetings with Hiring Managers across SG&A and Operations teams to develop requisitions, understand recruiting needs, and discuss headcount. You'll act as a true partner by providing insight and guidance throughout the entire interview and recruiting process.
Create and execute long-term strategies to source candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future needs across SG&A and Operations functions.
Actively source and engage candidates (the best candidates may not even be looking!) using innovative techniques tailored to each role and talent market.
Leverage referrals, leads, emerging technology, external recruiting partners, and networking events to build our brand and talent pipeline.
Screen candidates while articulating the Hermeus mission, culture, trajectory, and company benefits as appropriate.
Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process, giving them an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Maintain accurate records in our ATS, Lever.
Willingly assist teammates in all endeavors to establish Hermeus as an industry leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting G&A, business, and/or operations roles.
- Experience recruiting in the aerospace, defense, or space sectors is preferred. Experience in other fast-paced, high-growth environments is also welcome.
- Strong competitive market awareness, including an understanding of the hiring landscape for SG&A and Operations talent.
- Experience with sourcing tools (not just LinkedIn Recruiter) and a drive to innovate so Hermeus stands out in how we attract candidates.
- Experience with Lever (ATS) is strongly preferred.
- Ability to recruit world-class talent in any function while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships with passive candidates, whether they're accountants, people ops professionals, or operations leaders.
