Job description
About Fullscript
We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.
That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment.
We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
This is your invitation.
Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people.
Join us and shape the future of care.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Growth Lead to define and lead growth strategy across the Fullscript patient experience. You'll shape how patients discover, choose, purchase, and continue using products on Fullscript, turning patient needs and business opportunities into measurable growth.

In this role, you'll own growth performance across patient activation, conversion, retention, and lifecycle engagement. You'll connect product experiences, go-to-market initiatives, and growth channels to improve first-purchase conversion, repeat purchases, and sustainable revenue growth.

You'll thrive here if you combine strategic judgment with hands-on execution, bring strong analytical and customer instincts, and enjoy building the systems and experiments that help a business grow.
What You'll Do
  • Own growth strategy and performance across the patient experience, including activation, conversion, retention, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Prioritize opportunities by patient value, business impact, and effort.
  • Manage the growth marketing team, setting clear goals, ownership, and performance expectations for each growth marketer.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution for patient-facing product launches, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
  • Align target audiences, launch plans, ownership, and success measures, and use results to guide iteration.
  • Define and operationalize growth KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance review cadences.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Brand, Lifecycle, Analytics, and Commercial teams to remove purchase barriers and improve patient adoption.
  • Develop positioning, messaging direction, and value narratives for the Fullscript patient experience in partnership with Marketing and Creative teams.
  • Use patient insights to communicate value and build confidence and trust.
  • With the team, build and prioritize experimentation roadmaps across organic, referral, lifecycle, partnership, and conversion channels.
  • Use cohort analysis, funnel analytics, patient research, and business performance data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate tradeoffs across conversion, average order value, repeat purchases, and profitability while protecting patient trust.
  • Establish scalable operating processes, workflows, and systems that improve growth execution velocity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Make priorities, dependencies, and decision ownership clear across teams.
  • Influence executive stakeholders on growth priorities, business strategy, and investment decisions. Present clear recommendations grounded in customer evidence, performance data, and expected business impact.
  • What You Bring:
  • 8+ years of experience across growth, growth product management, growth marketing, or related roles, including experience managing and developing growth marketing teams and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • A track record of defining growth strategy and delivering measurable improvements in ecommerce conversion, average order value, repeat purchases, and profitable growth.
  • Experience leading go-to-market initiatives for product launches, partnerships, or business expansion, with clear accountability for results.
  • Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis, funnel measurement, experimentation, and performance reporting. You can distinguish meaningful results from noise and turn insights into decisions.
  • Sound positioning and messaging judgment, with experience partnering with Marketing and Creative teams to communicate customer value.
  • A builder mindset and strong operating discipline. You bring structure to ambiguity, establish practical workflows, and move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Bonus if you have..
  • Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience using AI and automation to improve growth analysis, experimentation, and execution.
  • What We Can Offer You
  • Generous PTO and competitive pay
  • Fullscript’s RRSP match program for financial health
  • Flexible benefits package and workplace wellness program
  • Training budget and company-wide learning initiatives
  • Discount on Fullscript catalog of products
  • Ability to work Wherever You Work Well*
  • *Our Wherever You Work Well philosophy means Fullscript teammates get to pick their own office — whether that’s in-office, at home, or a bit of both 🐶🏡
