Role Summary

This is a hybrid role that allows for both in-office and remote work.

Duties and Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable software solutions with a product-focused approach.Develop efficient, user-friendly front-end designs and robust back-end systems.Optimize and manage databases and APIs for performance and scalability.Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and iterate for timely execution.Enhance application security and data protection.Create responsive, intuitive features and applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet user needs.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in developing enterprise and/or consumer applications, with a focus on dashboards.Proficient in Python, Django or similar frameworks like Ruby on Rails.Experience with front-end languages (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design.Familiarity with databases, cloud services (AWS, Heroku), and file storage systems.Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.Understanding of security practices (OWASP, encryption, data protection).Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
