  • Manage the entry of executed contracts and sales orders into Oracle ERP system accurately and in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Lead the contract compliance program to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, including applicable laws and regulations, delivery schedules, payment terms, funding changes, time extensions, and government property obligations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain contracting policies, procedures, and process improvements to support compliant and efficient contract management.

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from and accredited university in a relevant major
  • 5-8 years experience in space, aerospace, or defense industry, in a similar or related role
  • Advanced knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, FAR 15, and FAR 12 contracting, firm-fixed price and cost-reimbursable contracts
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions
  • Basic familiarity with U.S. Government export control regulations (ITAR/EAR)
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Collaborative; capable of working across all levels of the organization
  • Organized; comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • NCMA or WCCA certification is a plus
