If you’re hungry to take ownership and build systems that matter, this is it. ### About the Role We’re hiring a **Senior Cloud DevSecOps Infrastructure Engineer** to join us in building the future of healthcare compliance AI. You’ll work directly with the founders, owning projects end-to-end - from security-critical production enablement to customer-facing software components. You’ll strengthen and secure core products, build and operate security-critical infrastructure, and sit in on customer calls to explain Readily’s security posture so they can enjoy Readily’s impact without roadblocks. Own the customer **and** the infrastructure - not just code. **10× impact** vs big tech ### What You’ll Do * Attain, maintain and operationalize strict levels of security assurance (e.g. FedRAMP Medium, HITRUST r2) * Establish, operationalize and monitor cloud IaC accommodating data ranging from PHI to public domain material * Establish, operationalize, monitor and respond to potential security incidents across infrastructure and applications * Enhance, operationalize and monitor CI/CD that drives DevSecOps with equal emphasis on Dev (productivity) and Sec * Establish and operationalize development infrastructure for productive and secure work in a sensitive industry * Manage and monitor data footprint across first- and third-party applications and infrastructure * Design, implement and operationalize production components/microservices to further security across the product * Collaborate with application developers to implement and deploy optimally as well as to review for security * Collaborate internally and externally to uphold strict levels of AI security and governance in a changing landscape ### What We’re Looking For * Strong **cloud security and infrastructure** background * **Hunger:** High agency, a willingness to learn, and a drive to do whatever it takes * **Customer-obsessed**: unsolved user issues keep you awake at night. * **Intellectually humble**: low ego, high curiosity, collaborative. * **Biased toward action**: You act, you don't wait ### Why Join Readily * **True ownership of a critical and trusted platform.** * **Career-defining experience**: enable and secure products that rewrite how the industry works. * Front-row to closing deals **with billion-dollar enterprises** * **Hyper-growth environment** (3× QoQ — you’ll feel it). * A real chance to **fix healthcare’s most expensive problem** with secure deployment of AI. 📩 If you want true ownership and fix healthcare from its roots - we’d love to talk.
