What You’ll Do

  • Prepare bank reconciliations, cash clearing activities, account reconciliations, and monthly accruals.

  • Review job costing, commissions, and incentive compensation accruals to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Partner with operational teams to review monthly profit and loss statements, analyze financial results, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Work with Accounts Receivable and other teams to ensure revenue data flows accurately from ServiceTitan into Sage Intacct.

  • Support revenue recognition and ensure accounting practices align with U.S. GAAP.
