Job description

We're looking for a Retail Store Associate & Stylist to join our NYC retail store team! This person will help customers navigate rentals, offer styling suggestions, and support our managed closets in-store.
Pay: $22/hour, part-time (20-30 hours/week)

You'll be a fit for this role if...

You have retail or customer service experience
You're eager, adaptable, and willing to learn
You enjoy helping people look and feel their best

Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Work the retail floor, helping customers with rentals, styling suggestions, and questions.
Order Management: Help manage rental orders for our managed closets in NYC, making sure items are prepped, ready, and returned on time.
