### **What you’ll do**
**Reddit Community & Growth**
* Identify and engage with relevant subreddits in AI, filmmaking, and creative technology.
* Build Flick's presence through authentic conversations and valuable contributions.
* Drive organic traffic, signups, and user acquisition from Reddit.
**Content & Distribution**
* Create engaging, Reddit-native posts and discussions.
* Repurpose Flick's tutorials, filmmaking workflows, and creator content for Reddit.
* Experiment with content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
**Growth & Insights**
* Track traffic, signups, and conversions to measure impact.
* Monitor trends, competitor discussions, and user feedback to identify growth opportunities.
### **What we’re looking for**
* An **active Reddit user** with a strong understanding of subreddit culture, community dynamics, and what makes content resonate.
* Experience growing Reddit accounts, communities, or driving organic traffic through Reddit.
* Creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with unconventional growth strategies.
* Data-driven mindset with an interest in measuring engagement, traffic, and conversions.
* Familiarity with AI tools, filmmaking, content creation, or creative technology is a plus.
* **Please share examples of Reddit posts, accounts, or communities you've grown, along with any measurable results.**
