About the Role: The Product Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, quality, and success of our products. As a leader in this space, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining a strong focus on customer-centric solutions. You will lead efforts to identify and resolve product issues, manage post-launch processes, and implement strategic policy and compliance initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-impact results while continuously enhancing the user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with PM’s and internal stakeholders to ensure products have the needed operational support from inception, to long term product maintenance
  • Lead and manage cross-functional efforts to diagnose and prioritize root causes of user/product issues, coordinating closely with stakeholders like product, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure action.
  • Conduct and own customer interviews, gather feedback on features, and ensure product support needs are accurately assessed and fulfilled.
  • Drive policy changes related to compliance, delinquency, and charge-off reporting; maintain detailed documentation and product changelogs for transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Own the end-to-end product quality across product pods by identifying gaps, influencing prioritization, and driving cross-functional solutions.
  • Manage product partners and vendors, including onboarding, QA, and SLAs.

Expertise and Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C Tech, Product, Operations, Consulting, or a fast paced start-up environment
  • 1+ years of experience as a people manager.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience managing vendors against SLAs.
  • Analytical experience, and ability to diagnose and prioritize product issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of running launches and and driving process improvements for long-term operational success.
  • Strategic thinking, and demonstrates ability to communicate long-term product strategy.
Base Range
$160,000—$200,000 USD
