### **About Flick** [**Flick**](https://flick.art/) is defining the future interface for professional AI-native filmmaking. * Founded by an engineer who helped build Instagram Stories and an award-winning filmmaker, Flick brings technology and artistry together. * We are well funded by leading investors, including True Ventures, GV, Lightspeed, and other top-tier VCs. * Checkout our [**launch video**](https://youtu.be/K1GgsSnwfow?si=taFwiulaMSu3kPNV) * Award-winning [**AI films**](https://flick.art/showroom) created using Flick We’re looking for a **Product Operations Intern** to help us bring Flick to filmmakers, creators, and the next generation of storytellers. ### **What you’ll do** * Work closely with our team on customer support and product feedback. * You’ll respond to users across email, Discord, and in-app feedback, use PostHog and AI tools to investigate issues, and follow up until they’re resolved. * You’ll also identify recurring pain points and turn them into clear bug reports and short PRDs for our engineering team. ### **What we’re looking for** * **Responsiveness and follow-through matter most.** * You communicate clearly, reply promptly during agreed working hours, and keep users updated on open issues. * You’re detail-oriented, curious about AI and creative tools, and comfortable checking facts and asking for help when needed. * Experience in customer support, community management, or product testing is a plus. ### Nice to have * **Experience working directly with users.** You’ve managed a community, helped run a student organization, worked in customer support or product testing, or run a small project of your own. You know how to respond to questions, handle concerns, and follow through. * **Clear, empathetic written.** You can understand where users are getting stuck and explain next steps in simple language, beyond copying a template. * **Proactive and organized.** When you can’t resolve an issue yourself, you gather the relevant information, involve the right person, and track progress without needing constant reminders. * **A hands-on interest in products.** You’re willing to reproduce bugs, explore PostHog, and try AI tools. Experience with video production or AI creation is a strong plus. * **Judgment.** You can distinguish between a usability question, a product bug, and a result that doesn’t meet expectations.
