We are looking for a Product Management Specialist to support the development and growth of our cloud-based Meter Data Collection Software portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to product management and product marketing activities, helping shape product strategy, roadmap evolution, and market positioning.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders, support customer and sales engagements, and help drive the success of innovative software solutions throughout their lifecycle.
Please note that this opportunity is a fixed-term role with an expected duration of 12 months.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Management team in executing both strategic and tactical initiatives, including product roadmap planning and portfolio evolution.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to provide insights that support product direction and business decisions.
- Participate in cross-functional core team meetings with R&D, Quality, Procurement, and other stakeholders, providing updates on ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of software products and tools to drive portfolio success.
- Maintain accurate product documentation, user guides, and supporting materials.
- Support Sales teams by contributing functional and technical input to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to internal and external audiences and assist in resolving customer-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related technology-focused role.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and software development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience within the IT, software, cloud, or technology industry.
- Knowledge of Android environments and mobile application ecosystems.
- Experience supporting product marketing activities, market research, or competitive intelligence initiatives.
- French language skills.
- Experience delivering customer training, product demonstrations, or technical presentations.
- Familiarity with utility, metering, IoT, or data collection software solutions.

Depending on your experience, this role is expected to offer between gross 13,000,000 HUF and 15,000,000 HUF annually. We review compensation regularly to stay competitive in the market.
