What you’ll be doing:

Manage and optimize marketing campaigns on various channels and ad networks

Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition and retention strategies to drive growth for our games

Test new strategies, campaigns and ad networks to ensure constant improvement of the UA process

Collaborate with Marketing Artists to create high-performing creatives

Stay up to date with industry trends and gather market intelligence

Desired skills and experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university

Experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions

Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or Adjust

Good understanding of mobile gaming market trends, player preferences, and industry best practices

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment

Being an excellent team player
