Job description

About the Company:

At Playlist, life's richest moments happen when people step away from screens to move, connect, explore, and play. We're building the definitive platform for intentional living, connecting people with inspiring experiences in fitness, wellness, and beyond. With popular brands like Mindbody and ClassPass, Playlist empowers businesses and individuals, making it effortless for aspirations to become actions. Join us in reshaping technology's role to foster meaningful, real-world connections.

The Role You'll Play

Playlist is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded P&C Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our People & Culture operations. As a first point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners, you’ll help keep requests moving, records accurate, and essential processes running smoothly.

This hands-on role is a great opportunity for someone who brings sound judgment, curiosity, and a commitment to dependable support. You don’t need extensive HR experience. We’re looking for someone who can learn our systems and processes, investigate questions independently, and recognize when an issue needs to be escalated.

  • Manage shared P&C inboxes, ServiceNow queues, physical mail, and other incoming requests
  • Respond to routine questions from employees, managers, and external contacts clearly and promptly
  • Review, categorize, assign, and track requests to support efficient routing and resolution
  • Complete employment verifications and assist with unemployment claims and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and system information with care and confidentiality
  • Support onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and routine system updates, including the transition to Rippling
  • Assist with recurring audits, compliance reviews, filing, and documentation requests
  • Research questions before escalating complex matters and identify practical ways to improve documentation, consistency, and efficiency

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • Experience in an administrative, shared services, customer support, personal assistant, coordinator, or similar operational role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests, routine tasks, and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Close attention to detail when handling records, data, and documentation
  • Sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential employee information
  • A proactive approach to researching, troubleshooting, and resolving questions before escalating them
  • A service-oriented mindset and the ability to take ownership of requests through completion
  • Comfort learning new systems, processes, and policies; experience with HR systems, ticketing platforms, spreadsheets, or shared-service environments is helpful but not required

Location and Engagement Details

  • This is a contractor position engaged through DEEL,
  • Candidates must be located in Mexico or Costa Rica
