OSARO는 미국 샌프란시스코 실리콘밸리에 본사를 둔 인공지능 AI 로봇 회사입니다. 저희는 경기도 이천시에서 고객사 운영 시간 동안 현장에서 근무할 파트타임 로봇 지원 기술자를 찾고 있습니다. 귀하는 현장에서 OSARO와 시스템에 대한 즉각적인 지원으로 고객에 최고의 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
고객 사이트는 주 7일 운영되며 근무시간에 점심/저녁 식사시간이 포함됩니다. 귀하는 다른 풀타임 및 파트타임 지원 기술자들과 교대 근무를 하게 되며, 근무 시간은 귀하의 선호 일정 및 다른 팀원 간의 협의에 따라 결정됩니다. 출퇴근은 서울, 수원, 성남, 안양, 용인, 원주 등 주요 도시에서 통근버스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.
근무시간(식사 1시간 포함) :
1근(주간) : 오전 8시 - 오후 5시
2근(야간) : 오후 7시 - 오전 4시
담당 업무 :
고객의 운영 교대 시간 동안 고객 시설에서 현장 지원고객과의 관계 구축을 통해 OSARO 및 솔루션에 대한 신뢰 형성고객 다운타임을 줄이기 위해 현장에서 OSARO 시스템 오류를 해결엔지니어링 팀을 위해 오류를 문서화하고 필요한 경우 문제 해결 요청고객에게 기술 지원 및 시스템 교육 제공로봇 시스템 장비의 정기 및 예방 유지보수 수행
필수 사항 :
압박 속에서도 고객 앞에서 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력기술 시스템을 학습하고 작업한 검증된 경험서면 및 구두 의사소통 능력과 기술적 및 비기술적 대화 전환 능력문제 해결에 대한 열정과 기계 또는 전기 시스템을 만져보고 작동 원리를 한국어 구사 능력
우대 사항 :
자동화 환경 및 로봇 협업 직무 경험.소프트웨어 및 하드웨어 기술 지원 업무 경험.리눅스 운영 체제 작업 경험.Python 및/또는 Rust 프로그래밍 언어 경험.Github 및 git 시스템에 익숙함.산업용 로봇 팔, 그리퍼, PLC 및 카메라, 힘 센서를 포함한 센서 활용 경험.기계공학, 전기공학, 컴퓨터공학 또는 유사한 분야의 전문학사, 학사 학위 소지자 또는 취득 중인 자영어 구사 능력.
Responsibilities (What you’ll be doing):
Work on-site at our customer facility to support our customer during their operational shifts. Build relationships with customers so they feel comfortable with OSARO and the solution.Troubleshooting errors with the OSARO system on site to reduce customer downtime. Documenting the errors for the Engineering teams and escalating issues as needed. Provide feedback on our support and training processes. Conduct regular and preventive maintenance for robotic system equipment.
Experience and skills you’ll need:
Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot in front of customers.Proven track record of learning and working with technical systems. Excellent written and verbal communication and a knack for transitioning between technical and non-technical conversations. Passion for problem-solving and a love of tinkering with mechanical or electrical systems to discover how they work. Speak Korean
Bonus if you have:
Have experience working with automation in warehouse environments.Have experience working in technical supportHave experience working on Linux operating system. Have experience in Python and/or Rust programming language. Familiar with Github and git system. Experience operating industrial robotic arms, grippers, PLC, and sensors including cameras, force sensors. Graduated or currently pursuing BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field.Speak English
