Job description

FIND Healthcareers is a healthcare recruitment firm led by professionals who operate within the system — not outside of it. We partner with growing healthcare organizations across the U.S. to build clinical, operational, and leadership teams that improve how care is delivered.

We recruit across the full spectrum of healthcare talent — from Licensed Practical Nurses and Physicians to practice managers and operational leaders. Whether through direct hire, contract, or temp-to-hire placements, we connect candidates with environments where they can perform and organizations with people who actually move the needle.

Backed by strong relationships across healthcare networks and training programs, we don’t just fill roles — we align talent with real-world operational needs.

About the Client

Our client is a growing, US-based healthcare network of clinicians, specialists, and support teams dedicated to providing quality medical care to residents of senior living communities, assisted and independent living facilities, group homes, and memory care communities.

As the organization continues to expand its services and specialties, including telehealth, it is working toward a comprehensive, 360-degree care model focused on accessible, coordinated, and patient-centered care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in pain management to join our team. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with acute and chronic pain through in-person house calls and telehealth visits. You will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve pain control, patient outcomes, and quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic test reviews, through in-person house calls and telehealth visits.

  • Develop individualized pain management plans using appropriate medications, therapies, and other treatment options.

  • Perform pain management procedures, such as joint injections, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections, under physician supervision.

  • Prescribe and monitor pain medications, adjusting treatment as needed.

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

  • Educate patients and families on pain management, self-care, and lifestyle modifications.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

  • Stay current with evidence-based pain management practices and comply with applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP): Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with NP training and an active, unrestricted Arizona NP license and applicable certification.

  • Physician Assistant (PA): Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program and an active, unrestricted Arizona PA license.

  • Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one as required for the role.

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an NP or PA; pain management experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of pain assessment, treatment options, and evidence-based pain management practices.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or other relevant certifications are a plus, as applicable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

  • Proficiency in EHR systems and Google Workspace.

  • Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical practice, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Schedule and Benefits

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling.

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.

  • Benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off, subject to eligibility.

  • Professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment focused on quality patient care.

We don’t just place candidates — we work inside healthcare operations every day. That means we understand what actually works on the ground. If you’re looking for a role where that matters, we encourage you to apply.
