**What You’ll Own:**
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications used by our customers every day translate requirements into clean, scalable solutions
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design to production deployment
- Write high-quality, maintainable, well-tested code
- Improve performance, reliability, and usability across the stack
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape our technical direction
- Debug complex issues in production and implement long-term fixes
- Continuously raise the engineering bar through code reviews and technical discussions
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Expertise working across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure)
- Strong experience with React, JavaScript / TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
- Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects with minimal oversight
- Strong code quality standards and attention to detail
