About Us
Alluraderm is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for medical aesthetics to join our Albuquerque team. With nearly 20 years in the community, we provide a wide range of aesthetic treatments in a professional, welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate has experience in laser treatments, microneedling, medical aesthetics, or a related clinical setting and is committed to providing safe, personalized, high-quality patient care.
Position Overview
The RN will provide a variety of medical aesthetic treatments with a primary focus on laser and light-based treatments and microneedling, while also supporting injectable services, CoolSculpting, and other aesthetic treatments within their training, credentialing, and scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities
Laser & Microneedling
Perform laser and light-based treatments, including Fotona, Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, photofacial/IPL, laser hair removal, and Thermage, based on training and credentialing.
Perform SkinPen microneedling and other appropriate skin rejuvenation treatments.
Injectables & Body Contouring
Assist with and/or perform appropriate aesthetic injectable services within scope, training, and credentialing.
Perform CoolSculpting and other body contouring treatments according to established protocols.
Patient Care
Conduct treatment consultations, educate patients on options and expectations, and provide pre- and post-treatment instructions.
Deliver a professional, personalized experience while monitoring patient safety throughout treatment.
Clinical Documentation & Safety
Maintain accurate treatment records and follow Alluraderm's clinical, safety, and infection-control protocols.
Operate equipment safely and report maintenance or treatment concerns appropriately.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with providers, nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
Participate in ongoing education and stay current with advances in lasers, microneedling, injectables, skincare, and body contouring.
Qualifications
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
1–3 years of RN experience, preferably in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related specialty.
Previous experience with aesthetic lasers and microneedling strongly preferred.
Experience with CoolSculpting/body contouring preferred.
Experience with aesthetic injectables preferred.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.
Proficiency with EMR/clinical software preferred.
