You should take pride in your work and write high-quality, scalable code. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you. **What You’ll Do:** * Build Product: Rapidly contribute to our SOTA Computer Vision models and Voice AI products, eventually owning your own product or product lines. * Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans. * Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch, including integration into existing systems. **Who You Are / Must-Haves:** * Startup Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills. * Prior Experience: 5-15 years of hands-on engineering experience. * Educational Background: Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 50 in the United States. * Backend Skills: Strong background in JS/Typescript and Python (we also build voice agents!) * Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js. * Cloud Platforms: Proficient with AWS and Postgres. * Scalability: Familiarity with Docker is a big plus. * Regulatory: Basic or professional experience with HIPAA is useful. **Perks & Benefits** * Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus equity * Gym Membership * Wellness allowance * Full health, dental, and vision coverage * Live with us in a dedicated 3,500 sq. ft. hackerhouse. * A large snack supply **Interview Process** * Intro call w/ CTO (20 min) * Live coding round w/ CTO (1 hr) * Take home assignment (2 hrs) * Work trial (2-5 days)
