**How You'll Contribute:**
\- **Build Cutting-Edge Features:** You'll design and implement full-stack features using **Next.js**, **TypeScript**, **Python**, **NoSQL**, and **Docker** to power the next generation of HOA management software.
\- **Shape the Future of AI in Workflows:** Work on integrating **AI/LLM** capabilities to create seamless, intelligent automations that redefine how users interact with our product. This includes prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, multi-modal inference, and agentic design.
\- **Drive Key Tech Decisions:** Help shape our technology stack, define APIs, and scale new capabilities. Your input will directly influence the trajectory of our product and company.
\- **Innovate and Iterate:** We move fast. You'll be responsible for building and shipping features frequently, continuously learning and adapting to ensure we’re delivering the best experience for our users.
**What You Need to Succeed:**
\- **4+ years of software engineering experience:** You’ve built end-to-end features in production environments and have a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end development.
\- **2+ years of backend/SRE experience:** You’re comfortable with infrastructure, scaling distributed systems, and handling serverless environments.
\- **Multilingual:** You’re proficient in multiple programming languages, with **advanced experience in Node.js, TypeScript and Python**.
\- **AI/LLM Experience:** You’ve built AI/LLM-driven features and have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, multi-modal AI, and agent-based systems.
\- **Builder Mentality:** You’re agile, adaptable, and passionate about fast-paced, customer-focused environments. You thrive in situations that demand quick decision-making and frequent iteration.
\- **Proven Problem-Solver:** Bonus points if you've hacked together AI projects on your own time—your curiosity and creativity will fit right in.
