Broadridge’s Change Management team delivers client change projects and improves our managed services.
We are looking for a mid-level Change Project Manager with both business analysis and project management skills. You will work with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, turn them into clear requirements and manage delivery through to handover to business-as-usual teams.
This is a hands-on role combining analysis, planning and delivery. You will help ensure projects meet agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards, while supporting commercial targets.
What you will do
- Understand business needs: Work with stakeholders to clarify objectives, analyse processes and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and process maps.
- Plan and deliver projects: Manage project scope, plans, schedules and budgets from initiation through to implementation and handover.
- Coordinate delivery: Work with project teams and use Agile or Waterfall approaches as appropriate.
- Keep stakeholders informed: Provide clear progress updates, agree priorities and manage expectations.
- Manage risks and changes: Track risks, issues and dependencies, assess scope changes and update plans and budgets where needed.
- Support commercial performance: Prepare quotes, track costs and time, maintain forecasts and manage project financial activities, including purchase orders, supplier invoices, revenue recognition and billing.
- Maintain quality: Follow internal processes and applicable ISO standards, agree success measures and check readiness for implementation.
- Improve ways of working: Capture lessons learned, contribute to retrospectives, investigate recurring issues and use delivery information to identify improvements.
What you will bring
Essential skills and experience
- ~5 years of practical experience in both business analysis and project management, including taking change projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
- The ability to analyse business processes and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience managing project plans, budgets, scope, risks, issues and dependencies.
- A working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to clarify requirements and resolve competing priorities.
- Strong organisation and documentation skills, with attention to change control and quality.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to track project costs and support financial forecasting.
Desirable
- A project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM or PMI, alongside relevant experience.
- A business analysis qualification, such as the BCS Certificate.
- An interest in technology and experience with document management platforms, such as Quadient.
What success looks like
- Clear, agreed requirements that support effective delivery.
- Projects delivered to agreed scope, timescales, budgets and quality standards.
- Positive client and stakeholder feedback.
- Achievement of project financial objectives and agreed performance measures.
- Practical improvements to how the team plans and delivers change.
