About the Role\
We're looking for a talented and versatile **3D Modeler** to join our team in San Francisco. This role will play an essential part in shaping and building our brand, working closely with our Head Designer to bring our visual identity to life across products, marketing, and creative campaigns. You'll build, rig, animate, and render high-quality 3D assets — bringing technical CAD precision together with strong visual design sensibility. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while maintaining a high bar for craft and realism.\
What You'll Do
* Partner closely with our Head Designer to help define and evolve our brand's visual identity
* Build accurate 3D assets using CAD modeling techniques
* Model, texture, and rig 3D objects and characters for animation
* Animate 3D assets for use in product visualization, marketing, and other creative deliverables
* Build and render photorealistic scenes with attention to lighting, materials, and composition
* Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life
* Composite and polish final renders using Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience with 3D modeling and CAD (Blender or Cinema 4D preferred)
* Strong rigging and animation skills
* Experience building and rendering realistic, high-quality 3D scenes
* Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
* Strong eye for detail, lighting, and composition
* Ability to work efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* **A portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D modeling, rigging, animation, and rendering work is required**
Nice to Have
* Experience with product visualization or technical/mechanical modeling
* Familiarity with additional 3D or motion tools (e.g., Maya, Houdini, KeyShot)
* Background in industrial design, animation, or a related field
Compensation & Location\
This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Francisco, CA. Starting salary range is **$100,000–$140,000**, commensurate with experience.
