Flowly is a mobile application developed to manage pain and anxiety. Flowly allows users to explore interactive experiences that teach them how to regulate their nervous system through relaxation training. Users can keep track of their progress, and share it all with a supportive community. All content can be experienced on a phone, or in a VR headset that comes with a subscription. Flowly creates a safe and supportive space where members can share and engage with one another through positive and information-based forums.
