Orchestrate the Value Creation and Program Roadmap
● Own the master roadmap for the Growth organization — tracking all active programs and projects across Client Development, Growth programs, and shared services, sequencing rollouts, and ensuring shared resources are applied in the right order.
● Portfolio governance: own intake, visibility, sequencing, and capacity management across initiatives — facilitating prioritization decisions with Growth leadership, not making them unilaterally
● Partner with program managers and shared services teams across the broader Growth organization — including initiatives that span Client Development, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics — to facilitate cross-functional coordination, align priorities, remove dependencies, and ensure initiatives progress efficiently
● Maintain a live view of what's in flight, what's at risk, and what needs a decision — surfacing that picture to leadership clearly and consistently
Own the Operating Cadence for the Client Development Team
● Design and own the meeting cadences, agendas, and operating rituals that keep the Client Development organization aligned and moving forward
● Ensure the right conversations happen at the right time — weekly team syncs, monthly program reviews, quarterly roadmap sessions, and annual planning cycles
● Track key initiatives across the organization, ensuring accountability, follow-through, and visibility for senior leadership
● Produce clear, concise leadership updates and board-ready materials that reflect the state of the Client Development organization
Lead the Revenue Operations and Enablement Team
● Directly manage 4 members of the Revenue Operations and Enablement team — spanning both operational infrastructure and field enablement — providing clear direction, active coaching, and a culture of high performance
● Set priorities for the central revenue operations team on a weekly and quarterly basis — ensuring the team is working on the highest-leverage activities
● Build a team that operates with urgency, precision, and a bias for action — you set the standard and model it every day
● Drive execution through structured two-week sprints — keeping the team focused on the highest-priority work, moving with urgency, and maintaining clear accountability for what gets done each cycle
● RVP onboarding and training — your team builds and owns the onboarding experience that gets new RVPs productive quickly and aligned to how we work
● Rolling out new capabilities — serve as the deployment lead for new tools, programs, and processes, ensuring field teams understand, adopt, and leverage what's being launched
● Driving change management — lead the people side of significant organizational shifts, including new technology rollouts, compensation plan changes, and territory design
● Partner with the Head of Client Development to grow the Revenue Operations and Enablement function over time, making the case for investment where it's needed
Own the Conversion Improvement Roadmap
● Own the conversion improvement roadmap — a prioritized, sequenced, and living view of what's being worked on, what's at risk, and what needs a decision to move forward
● Drive cross-program coordination across all conversion drivers — Proposals, Training, High Value Opportunities, and Performance Coaching — ensuring these programs are sequenced well, not working at cross-purposes, and that blockers get surfaced and resolved quickly
● Partner with the data analytics team — who own full-funnel conversion reporting — to stay current on conversion trends, risks, and program-level performance, and translate that data into clear leadership updates that identify where the system needs attention
● Talk regularly to the field — RVPs, Managing Directors, and advisors — to understand what's holding up conversion in real time, and bring those insights back to the program leads who own the levers
This role owns the roadmap, the coordination, the visibility, and the follow-through — ensuring the system is working even when no single person owns the whole thing
● Surface blockers quickly and clearly — escalating where decisions are needed, and ensuring nothing stalls because the right people weren't in the room
● Report on conversion progress, trends, and opportunities to Growth leadership on a regular cadence — producing a clear, concise picture of where we stand and what needs attention
