Job description
**About Human Archive** Human Archive is a robotics data lab founded by Stanford and UC Berkeley dropouts. We work alongside frontier robotics labs and foundation model research groups to collect large-scale, real-world, annotated multimodal datasets of humans performing everyday tasks across household and industrial environments. We are lean, technical, and operate at extreme speed, taking on unglamorous and conventionally impossible problems that directly unlock step-function gains in model capability. The deployment of capable humanoids at scale will permanently redefine human labor. Undesirable physical work will disappear, and human effort will shift toward a new era of abundant creativity. This shift is inevitable, and we are building the infrastructure to accelerate it. We are assembling the best team to solve the hardest problems in embodied intelligence. You will own meaningful systems from day one and see your work directly impact VLA model capabilities. This is a once-in-a-generation inflection point. If you want to leave your dent on humanity and reshape physical labor markets forever, join us!\ \ **About the Role** We are hiring a Founding Marketing & Video Editor to own end-to-end content creation that drives viral growth loops and scales data collection operations across India. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be embedded directly into field operations, filming real workers, environments, hardware, and workflows, then turning that raw footage into high-quality, professional, and highly engaging short-form and long-form content across platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and more. You will work closely with the CEO and COO and have full ownership over creative direction, execution, and iteration.\ \ **What You’ll Do** * Edit and produce high-quality short- and long-form videos for Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and X * Create content that is visually professional, emotionally engaging, technically credible, and viral * Build and iterate viral content loops that drive inbound interest from data collection partners * Rapidly test, learn, and iterate based on performance and engagement metrics * Shape and evolve Human Archive’s public narrative in India **What We’re Looking For** * A strong online presence with a proven track record of building and growing an audience * Experience creating content that builds trust with operators, business owners, or enterprise partners * Strong video filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut, etc.) * Deep intuition for internet content in India and what actually goes viral * Comfort filming in real-world, messy, non-studio environments * Ability to move fast, experiment aggressively, and iterate without hand-holding * Based in India and willing to travel often **Interview Process** We review applications on a rolling basis and move quickly. To apply, please submit your resume and portfolio to the hiring manager. **The process includes** * Review of online presence and past content * Portfolio and past work evaluation (long-form, short-form, and viral) * Short interview focused on creative instincts, speed, and editing skills
