The Role
This role is at the core of Lumilens’ global FP&A delivery from Bangalore, partnering closely with R&D and business leaders to drive financial planning, business partnership, and decision support. As a member of the India Leadership team, this leader will also collectively act as country controller for the India entity, helping build financial discipline, scalable planning processes, and strong operating visibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build driver-based financial models across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
Act as country controller for the India entity, including support for statutory close, audit, tax filings, and transfer pricing.
